Returns and Exchanges Procedure

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

The Closet provides warranty up to 10 days from delivery date.

Within this 10 days time frame, customers contact us at theclosetnet@gmail.com to request a return for a exchange or a refund.

Items must be returned with the following characteristics:
-Unworn/used
-Unwashed
-In their original state with all labels and tags, original package and box
-Following our R.M.A instructions given by our staff via the ticket center.

Returned items that do not match the characteristics above will not be accepted.

HOW TO CONTACT US FOR A RETURN?

1. Send us your return request with photos (below 2MB) displaying the defects, SKU number, product outer package here. Please also kindly include in the ticket with your order number and your return reason.

2. We will review your request and resolve it. For a faster process, please kindly provide all the details as above.

COMPENSATION

Our warranty applies for the following cases:

Faulty items:
Please contact us at our Support Center to ensure proper processing. Please select the appropriate Return Reason Code and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form as soon as possible and following our return procedure. We will endeavor to provide the best service possible to resolve any issue.

Sizing & fitting and incorrect items:
We strive to provide you with accurate sizing information on each product page. We carry many brands and do not manufacture clothing ourselves. Customers need to carefully check before ordering. There are 2 possibilities:

1- If the customer ordered the wrong a or item:
We will allow to ship the merchandise back for a product refund or exchange as long as the item is in original state (unworn with all labels and tags). Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. The Closet does not supply return labels.

2- If The Closet sent the wrong size or wrong item:
The Closet does take pride in the products we ship out! If you observe in your item size is not as described in the size chart, we will fix it for you. Simply contact us via the ticket center with your order number and SKU number.

For wrong item or not as described: please send us clear pictures of the product you have received, its SKU number and its shipping label on the package. Please keep the attachment size below 2MB.

Missing items or accessories:
Kindly inspect the package carefully especially if the accessory is small. Please contact following the warranty procedure, we will offer a solution. We will resend the accessory if applicable or refund the accessory.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization)

-All returns must be approved by customer service team BEFORE you return the item. Our customer service will provide you with the RMA instructions and form.

-Shipping fees to return the item back to us are customer’s responsibility and are not refundable.

-On the 11th day from delivery date the item is not covered by the warranty anymore.

-Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear(woman's intimates), swimwear, earrings, special categories, and any discounted items.

Finally, if The Closet is responsible for any error in your order, we will resolve it to your satisfaction.
